We all face challenges in life. Sometimes we move through them smoothly, and other times we need extra support. I believe every person has the tools needed to naviagate life's hardest moments. My role is to help you find solutions and reach your goals in a judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are.

I provide trauma-sensitive and culturally responsive counseling for a variety of concerns, including life transitions, depression, anxiety, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, work stress, career planning, racial stressors, school issues, stay-at-home parenting, parental/adult child boundary work, young adults and college students transitioning to independence, women's issues, agining, menopause, and empty-nesting.

I use a blend of talk therapy and solution-focused approaches. I also incorporate a coaching framework called S.M.A.R.T. goals - specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely.

Please note: I also offer Creative Reflections, an expressive arts workshop in which I teach participant how to create visual journals for self-reflection, clarity, and insight. The workshop is psychoeducational and designed to help people reach places within themselves, they often can't access through talking. No prior art experience is necessary. Available for individual and group sessions.
