Raymond Kozma, LCSW

Therapist

I received my Social Work training from Fordham University (Manhattan) with additional training from the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health (Manhattan). I have worked in a variety of settings including private agencies, out-patient programs, and in-home settings for seniors, the homebound, and disabled. Throughout our lives, we can be subject to many experiences that trigger anxious worrying and feelings of depression. All of this can challenge our coping skills, our sense of self, our relationships, and our physical and emotional health. Therapy can be understood as a way of creating a safe place that allows healing and growth to happen. The therapy process has the potential of unlocking a greater sense of well-being, improvement in our relationships, and increased joy in our everyday living.
