Dealing with life events can be stressful for anyone. But there are further difficulties when it comes to neurodiversity, anxiety disorders, and being part of the LGBTQIA+ communities. In this day and age, life can be even more trying as part of a marginalized community. I enjoy helping people work through their life struggles, explore techniques for better executive functioning, and explore ways to manage stressors. While I can work with a wide range of ages, I particularly enjoy helping support children, adolescents, and young adults in their development.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, humanistic, and relational, incorporating ACT, CBT, and DBT. I emphasize person-centered, strength-based methods, believing deeply in the healing power of creativity. Through the playful integration of self-expression, I foster change, creating an engaging space for the individuals that I support.
I am committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where clients feel heard and valued for the unique traits they bring to the world. My practice is particularly affirming for LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse populations, and I strive to make each client feel safe and supported as they work toward their goals.
