Hello! I am Sarah Castle, an Outpatient Counselor for Cornerstone Counseling Center. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bay Path University and I am an LPC-A licensed clinician in Connecticut. I work primarily with children and adolescents using a person-centered approach along with DBT, CBT, and strength-based techniques. I value creating a supportive and safe environment where clients can build coping skills, work on emotional regulation, and navigate daily challenges with confidence.
