Therapist

For some, the decision to come to therapy can be difficult. We often ask ourselves, “Am I doing the right thing?”, “ What are those ‘things’ that I need to do in order to be successful or satisfied or even happy with my life?” “What will others think of me if they know I am in therapy?” I chose to become a therapist in order to help my clients find answers to questions like these. To be very honest, every single one of us questions ourselves and the decisions we make throughout life. I would be honored to help you navigate and explore the things that might be holding you back, questioning, or preventing you from positive growth.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with ample experience working with children and adolescents, particularly within the school system. I collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and medical and community providers. I enjoy working with parents and guardians and hope to provide the best approach to therapy for the entire family system. I also provide individual and couples therapy to assist my clients struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, co-parenting concerns, relationships, and transitions.

I am committed to providing a safe space for each and every one of my clients and look forward to making therapy a positive and helpful experience. In my therapeutic approach, I utilize practices from solution focused, emotionally focused, narrative, and structural therapies in order to empower my clients to achieve the goals that they have chosen for themselves.
