Brailey Williams, LMFT-A

Therapist

I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Connecticut in 2016 &
my master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Central Connecticut State
University in 2022. I also received an MFT Educator’s Certificate within my graduate
studies and have worked within the school settings since 2020. I have over fifteen years
of volunteer experience with children and families, and have worked with children,
families, and young adults in the clinical setting since 2016. As a relationally based
therapist, I work from a systemic approach to help navigate both inter- and intrapersonal
challenges related to Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Trauma- & Stressor-
Related Disorders, ADHD, behavioral disorders, & Substance- Related & Addictive
Disorders. I offer a strengths-based, client-centered approach to reveal that I am simply
an aid in liberating the potential clients have had within them all along. My goal, whether
in a clinical or school setting, is to heal communities one mind at a time.
