Alyssa Rochette, LMSW

Therapist

I am passionate about working with clients going through life transitions, attachment wounds, depression, anxiety, substance use issues, post-traumatic stress, and an overall goal of finding clarity and self-discovery. Trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy, I like to interweave evidenced based practices within the recovery process as well as value the importance of the mind, body, and spirit.

I believe life is the greatest opportunity for growth and learning to navigate challenges. I think that each challenge that is faced, processed, and healed from can deliver a momentum to thrive. I received my Bachelor’s in psychology from Clark University and a Master of Social Work from UConn and am currently accepting new clients!
