Sarah Montano, LMSW, graduated from Western New England University
and went on to earn her Master of Social Work from Springfield College,
where she also served as a Graduate Assistant for the college’s field hockey
team. With over eight years of experience as a licensed social worker, Sarah
specializes in School Social Work and Gerontology. She enjoys the energy
and creativity that come with working in a school setting and values the
opportunity to support students as they grow, learn, and discover their
strengths. Sarah brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented approach
to her work with students, families, and school staff.
