As Cornerstone Counseling Center’s APRN, I provide psychiatric consultation/evaluation as well as medication management for clients of all ages. Telehealth and in-person appointments are available. Although therapy is encouraged, it is not necessary to currently be participating in therapy in order to make an appointment. Patients always have a voice in regards to their plan and are not pushed into starting medication. I work collaboratively with the patient’s therapist, medical providers, other specialists, school employees/teachers, as well as family as appropriate. At times referrals to reliable sources are also provided as appropriate (e.i. intensive outpatient therapy, eating disorder centers, medical marijuana, ketamine, ECT, TMS, etc.)

I am dually certified as a medical family nurse practitioner as well as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner by the ANCC.

My experience includes working in an Internal Medicine outpatient office, on various floors (medical, ER, ICU, step-down) at Hartford Hospital collaborating with the Institute of Living in various positions since 2010, urgent care, as well as inpatient/outpatient cardiology.

I grew up in the area (New Britain) and speak Polish fluently as well. The importance of mental health and wellness holds a special place as my heart as it has touched family and friends who are close to me.
