Nataisha Perez, LMFT-A

Therapist

"Nataisha holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Science, bringing a thoughtful blend of clinical training, analytical insight, and systems-based understanding to her therapeutic work with individuals, couples, and families. Born and raised in New York City, Nataisha completed her graduate education and clinical training there, working with clients in fast-paced, high-stress, and culturally diverse environments that required adaptability, emotional precision, and strong relational attunement. Having lived in Connecticut for the past five years, she understands both the intensity of urban life and the different rhythms and challenges that come with quieter, transitional spaces—perspectives that inform her grounded and flexible therapeutic style.

Nataisha is also a United States Marine Corps veteran, an experience that deepened her understanding of discipline, resilience, identity, and the psychological impact of high- demand roles. She has a particular respect for the complexities faced by service members, veterans, and their families.

She approaches therapy as a collaborative and practical process, supporting clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, stress management, and emotional regulation. She is currently completing her supervised clinical experience toward full licensure in the state of Connecticut."
